The tracking of CE hours that you earn from POF is one of the many benefits available free to POF members. We hope you find this a beneficial service to you.
You are welcome to request your transcript directly from POF by emailing us at: Admin@pof.org
Your association has invested a tremendous amount of money and time to bring this valuable service to you. It is just one of many ways we like to say thank you for your support of your profession. We are still diligently working to make your transcripts available to you online through our new website; we are very close.
What to look for as you review your transcript:
- Your transcript only includes education courses that were earned at Professional Opticians of Florida events and local POF chapter hours. We are not able to track hours that are earned with other educational providers. Please contact them directly to verify your educational credits.
- Your transcript only tracks your educational requirements for the renewal of your Florida license. Tracking of requirements to maintain certifications, such as ABO, NCLE, and JCAHPO still need to be tracked by you manually.
- POF makes every effort to ensure your transcript is correct; however, the system and we are not perfect. If you find an error, we will be happy to correct it for you. If you have a POF continuing education certificate for credit(s) that are not listed on your transcript that you earned during this biennium that started January 2017, please fax or mail a copy of the missing or incorrect POF continuing education certificate(s) along with a copy of your transcript. Our mailing address and fax number are provided below. Please allow us 4 business days to make corrections.
As a POF member, you are welcome to request at anytime a copy of your transcript by emailing your name and license number to email@example.com or calling us at 850/201-2622. Please allow us 15 days after an educational event to enter your CE credits into our system and CE Broker
