As a member of the Professional Opticians of Florida I pledge myself to:

• Maintain the highest level of ethics within the profession, thereby protecting the consumer and the optical profession.
• Supply fine quality optical products and services.
• Participate in and encourage continuing education of the highest levels for eyecare professionals.
• Promote Association activities by all legal and ethical means
• Refuse to engage in, or countenance in, activities for personal gain at the expense of the Association.
• Avoid conflict of interest by full disclosure.
• Obtain the Association's board of directors approval for all activities undertaken in the name of the Association.
• Uphold all bylaws and regulations relating to the Association's policies, and procedures to enforce them.
